Janelle Howarth joined the Client Care team in 2026. She graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a degree in Business. While she has lived in several different states from California to Maryland, she is happy to be back in Colorado where she was born.
Janelle has worked in a variety of different industries, including telecommunications, and theme parks as well as project management. In each of these roles she was able to engage her passion for excellent customer service. Treating each person she meets with respect and care is of utmost importance to her.
In her spare time, you will most likely find her playing with her dogs, cooking for her family, watching all the sports with her husband, reading and watercolor painting.
