Beneficial Ownership – Associated Persons are considered to have beneficial ownership of securities if they have or share a direct or indirect monetary interest in the securities. This will include all accounts for which you are a named account holder and/or hold securities through any type of entity through which you have the ability to directly or indirectly profit from a securities transaction.

Reportable security means any security (stocks, bonds, ETFs, options, private placements, etc.) It does not include and direct obligations of the US government. Reportable Security does not include: 1. Direct obligations of the Government of the United States; 2. Bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, commercial paper and high quality short-term debt instruments, including repurchase agreements; 3. Shares issued by money market funds; 4. Shares issued by open-end funds other than reportable funds (ETFs are reportable) (mutual funds held directly – not in a brokerage account with other securities are not reportable); and 5. Shares issued by unit investment trusts that are invested exclusively in one or more open-end funds, none of which are reportable funds.
