Job Summary

A & I Wealth Management seeks an entry-level paraplanner for our fee-based wealth management firm in Lone Tree, Colorado. The ideal candidate will thrive working within established process and procedures; provide dependable, daily support to deliver on our promises to clients; and identify ways to “wow” our clients through service. The paraplanner will gain valuable experience for developing a financial planning career within a team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

This individual will work with experienced financial planners, providing financial planning and investment advisory support. Key responsibilities include preparation of financial plans, portfolio administration, and coordination of client service needs with team members. A successful candidate will bring a keen attention to details and follow through with all commitments.

Specific areas of focus include:

Preparing financial analyses and financial plans for clients.
Assisting with analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios.
Conducting investment research, reporting, and analysis.
Providing support for processing client service needs.
Assisting with creation and implementation of workflows to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

Experience in the field is desirable, although not required, as this is an entry-level financial planning position with career development. Ideal candidates will be enrolled in or have completed a financial planning educational program leading to CFP ® certification. For candidates without financial industry experience, other professional experience is preferred.

B.A. or B.S. degree
Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs with keen attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Productive and works well with a team and independently
Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of CRM, MoneyGuide Pro, and Morningstar a plus
Pass all background checks and required screenings
