My End of Life with Kim Callinan

We are all aging and will face difficult choices as we near the end of life. Many of us are also caregivers for a loved one, and could use some help. Learn how to make sure your wishes, and your loved one’s values, are honored at the end of life.
Join returning guest, Kim Callinan, from Compassion & Choices, a national expert on end of life planning. It’s not enough to say, “just take me to the woodshed” when we get old. It is unkind to our survivors to put them in a position where they have to make choices for us, without giving them guidance on how we would like things to go.

Kim Callinan
President and CEO
Kim Callinan is the President and CEO of Compassion & Choices. During her tenure she has played a leadership role in beginning to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive movement, launching the Finish Strong initiative and authorizing and implementing medical aid in dying in six new jurisdictions. Kim is frequently invited to speak at conferences, testify before state legislatures, conduct policy briefings, and serve on committees as an expert on end-of-life care options.
